The service

These terms cover your use of Koatigo’s web, WhatsApp, and Telegram tour-assistance service. We welcome travelers worldwide and help discover tours across Costa Rica. Available tours and booking options vary by destination, date, and provider. Koati is an automated assistant, with human support available by email. Koatigo is currently free to travelers.

Who can arrange a reservation

The person arranging a reservation must be at least 18 and legally able to book. Younger travelers can ask for general tour information, but an adult must arrange their reservation. Provide accompanying children’s ages only when needed for pricing or eligibility. Operator age, licensing, and participation restrictions also apply.

We can share verified tour facts and participation requirements. Personalized accessibility arrangements and medical-suitability assessments are outside this launch service. Ask the operator about your specific needs before booking; do not send detailed medical information to Koatigo.

Operators, prices, and booking

Koatigo helps you discover tours and reach an operator’s checkout. We do not operate the tours or collect your payment. Operators and their booking platforms determine final availability, prices, taxes, fees, participation conditions, and booking terms. Reference prices are estimates; availability and quotes can change before checkout.

A chat reply or checkout link is not a confirmed reservation or payment. We currently cannot see whether you complete checkout. Check the operator’s final details and confirmation, and contact it about booking changes, cancellations, refunds, or fulfillment. Requesting deletion or opting out of Koatigo messages does not cancel a tour or change the operator’s records.

Use and limitations

Provide accurate details that you are entitled to share. Do not use Koatigo for unlawful activity, abuse, impersonation, or attempts to compromise the service. Keep payment credentials and identity documents out of chat; use the operator’s checkout process for required information.

Automated replies and reference information can contain errors or become outdated. Verify details that matter to your booking with the operator. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, tour availability, or an operator’s performance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy, support, and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Email koatigo@airtop.ai for a person, a complaint, an opt-out, or an explicit request to resume messaging. Follow our Data Deletion instructions to request removal of conversation data. We may revise these terms as the service changes and will provide any notice required by applicable law.
